Week of Prayer - Day 2

Focus: Purity

• Pray that we would live for God’s Kingdom, not entangled by the worries of this life, so that we stay focused on the mission of loving God, loving others, and making disciples.

• Pray that in all things we would draw near to God and live in full dependence on His power, protection, and provision.

• Pray for the Holy Spirit to give us the strength to say no to ungodliness and the ways of this world, empowering us to be salt and light in the world.

• Pray for pure hearts, both personally and corporately as a church, that we would be aware of and turn from any idols that try to take root in our hearts.

We pray,

Thank You, Father, for redeeming us and allowing us to live a life filled with hope and holiness through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus, thank You for becoming sin on our behalf, for taking it to the cross, and for conquering death, hell, and the grave so that we might become the righteousness of God. We pray that as we live out our faith, our community would be transformed by God working in us and through us. Amen.
