Many of us struggle with the question, “How do I even start the conversation?” when we are around family, coworkers, friends and neighbors. Here are some suggestion that might get the ball rolling, so to speak. These are primarily meant for people you already have a relationship with. While it can be a stranger or someone you’ve just met, most spiritual conversations are received better when you already have a connection with the person.

- Do you consider yourself to be a spiritual person?
- Do you have a religious or faith background?
- People invest time and energy into developing their career, their bodies, and relationships, but often neglect the spiritual dimension of their lives. How do you pursue spiritual development?
- Please do not think that I am trying to force something on you… I’m just sharing what happened to me.

- Have you ever come to a point in your life where you believed in Jesus Christ? Could I share with you how to become a Christ follower?
- Do you believe that Jesus died on the cross for you?
- Could I share with how a person can become a Christian? It is as simple as…. A.B.C.
- Admit that I am a sinner and fall short
- Believe in Jesus… He is Savior and He is Lord
- Call on Jesus to save me and commit to follow Him
- Lead them in a prayer of repentance and faith in Jesus reviewing the A.B.C.’S
